You need go on photobucket.com (Or you can use tinypic.com if you don't have an account for photobucket), upload or find a picture you like, get the Direct Link code, and put it in here where it says IMAGE URL:

Then put that in the caption of your pic on myspace.

instead of uploading your picture to photobucket,


upload it to http://tinypic.com [the link they give you is much shorter].


from there, copy the link they give you titled ';direct link for layouts';,


then paste that link into the following code replacing the ';XXX'; in between the quotes:


%26lt;img src=';XXX';%26gt;





and paste that into your caption.





[the code you put into your caption should look something like this:


%26lt;img src=';http://i37.tinypic.com/bg4sd.jpg';%26gt;]
in the caption, you want to put %26lt;img src=';PICTURE URL';%26gt;





that should work.
