How do i add caption to a picture?

i want to print it out in order to make at shirt how do i add caption??helpHow do i add caption to a picture?
Go to insert drop down menu and see refence move over and drop down you see caption. Then the caption open up click on AutoCaption and click on Microsoft word clck ok
