when i watched on computer like Obama on youtube n i would like to know what he saying cause im hard of hearing and getting little frustrating, i just want to do the same thing like on TV plus help people to read better u know what i mean ppl?Where the damn Closed caption?
Contact some of the support agencies for the deaf and hearing impaired and let them know your concern--also contact youtube--there isn't any reason why they couldn't have closed caption on all their videos!
