How do I put an icanhascheezburger captioned picture on Polyvore?

I have put captions on a lot of pictures on icanhascheezburger.com, but how do I put them to Polyvore so I can make a set with it?How do I put an icanhascheezburger captioned picture on Polyvore?
1. So go to polyvore, and once you're signed in look in the top right corner next to where your user name is, and click ';help';





2. Clicking help will take you to an overview page. Go down to the very bottom of this page.





3. There should be something in bold that says ';How do I add items to Polyvore?'; and a paragraph below it. In that paragraph, the words ';clipper tool'; will be highlighted in blue. Click that.





4. Once you are there click and drag the ';clip to polyvore'; link into your tool bar.





5. The next time you are on the website, click the clip to polyvore thing that is now in your toolbar. Once the little window pops up, just select the images you want
