I've been struggling to find ways to bring up request on subtitles or close captioned video from the internet, especially with news or commercial use. I am hearing impaired by the way and I still don't understand what the internet video world is saying without the captions.How do you feel about having subtitles or close captions for internet videos?

I agree. That's why we created http://tubecaption.com allows users to add video captions.If you are hearing impaired you can request captions to your favorite youtube videos. Other users can add captions to your requested video and they will make money simply by adding captions. Report Abuse
